At Bluestar Leasing we’ve been providing asset finance solutions to businesses for over 10 years. In order to deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers, we regularly review and update our processes. With in-house underwriting and strong working relationships with our funding partners, we are able to offer a service that is simple, straight forward and efficient.
So what are the steps to finance your equipment?
1. Quote – Once you have chosen your equipment and know the cost we can provide you with a quote based on that figure. We can give you various terms and options for you to choose from.
2. Proposal – Once we receive the signed quote giving us authorisation to proceed on your behalf, we will prepare the credit proposal and submit to underwriting.
3. Approval – Some of our lenders operate an auto approval system, if the proposal is slightly more complicated an underwriter will review it, this normally takes between 2 and 24 hours.
4. Documents – We will send you the lease agreement documents to sign via email or Adobe E-sign.
5. Installation / Delivery – When the original paperwork has been received we immediately notify your supplier and they will arrange a delivery / installation date with you. Nothing else is required until the equipment has been delivered.
6. Pay-out – Once the equipment has been delivered and (if applicable) the installation complete, it is now time to begin the Payout process. All we would need from you is a signed delivery certificate and a short phone call to confirm you are happy for us to make payment to the supplier and for your agreement to begin.
Once we have everything from you we would arrange payment to the supplier within 1-2 working days and activate your finance agreement. It’s as easy as that!
